By downloading, installing, or using Game for Cats Deluxe ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the App.
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Any misuse or unauthorized modification is not permitted.
Optional in-app purchases are available. All purchases are handled by the Google Play Store and are subject to their terms. All sales are final. Refund requests are subject to Google Play’s refund policies. We do not process or store your payment data.
All rights to the game and its content are owned by Canine.digital.
The App is provided "as-is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any issues arising from its use, including any potential damage to your device caused by enthusiastic feline players.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
We may update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
